Do you require EIN/Business License Numbers for Wholesale purchase?
We do not currently require an EIN/Business License Number for Wholesale orders.
How do I place my order?
Upon registering to be a Wholesale customer, you will receive a link to create a log in and password for the Wholesale website. Customers can also email orders to firstname.lastname@example.org if that is preferred.
Can I create a custom mix?
Yes! We offer our customers the ability to create a custom mix at no additional cost to you. There is a 5 lb. minimum for all custom mixes. Custom mixes can be sold prepackaged for resale or in bulk for personal use.
Can I resell your sprinkles?
Yes, we allow resale of our prepackaged sprinkles on most platforms (bakeries, websites, Etsy shops). However, we do not allow resale of our products on Amazon. Repackaging of our bulk sprinkles is also strictly prohibited.
What is the difference between a Standard and Premium Sprinkle Mix?
Our Premium Mixes are any mix that contains royal icing or pressed sugar pieces. Any mix without those added pieces (solid colors/ metallic blends) are considered Standard.
Is there a minimum order amount for Wholesale?
At times, we may offer no minimums as a limited time promotion. However, there is typically a minimum amount that is required to be ordered. Prepackaged sprinkles must be purchased in quantities of 1 lb. or more.
What is the lead time?
We offer 5-7 day lead time (depending on the time of year/production schedule) for standard orders. Large orders or custom orders will require advanced notice and an extended lead time, but your Sales Rep will discuss those details with you. Your order confirmation will give an estimated shipping date (pending prompt payment for the order).
How do you ship your products?
For standard orders within the United States, we use standard ground shipping with FedEx. For approved rush orders, we do have the ability to ship priority or overnight. For International orders, we ship using USPS. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and size of the box. Your Sales Rep can provide you with estimated shipping costs upon request.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $250 qualify for free, standard ground shipping (International and palletized orders are not included in this offer).
Will I know when my product has shipped?
Yes, once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information.
Are you products Vegan?
Our natural colored jimmies, sugars, and confetti are all vegan.
Are your products Kosher?
Are your products gluten free or allergy friendly?
While most of our products are free from major allergens, there are is also the possibility of accidental cross-contamination. The vast majority of our sprinkle mixes do contain soy and milk. Non metallic sprinkle mixes are considered gluten friendly. All relevant allergen information is included on each product page
Are Cupcake Kits, Addiction Boxes, Party Packs, and/or House Kits available for Wholesale?
Cupcake Kits and House Kits are typically sold to retail customers only. However, if production time and inventory permits, we may be able to do them as a special request. Contact your Sales Rep for specific information. Addiction boxes are available, however there is a minimum order of 12 Units and a 3- 4 weeks lead time.
Can I order seasonal/Holiday mixes year-round?
There are some mixes that we can do year-round. However, out of season mixes (if we can do them) are considered “custom” and will require a minimum purchase of 5 lbs.
