Shipping policy
Order processing times vary throughout the year. Use the chart below as a guideline. For normal orders, processing begins after receiving your order confirmation email. For custom orders, processing begins once your design has been approved. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Quoted shipping dates are estimations and are subject to change up to 3 business days without notification. The seller will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a carrier.

Why is the processing time so long?
Because we offer so many varieties, many of our items are made to order.
International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sprinkle Pop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. International shipping times are subject to customs detainment and may take anywhere from 10-30 days.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wholesale@sprinklepop.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
